    Status: Located.
     
  • Notes 
    • Sarah first appears as a Minns in the census of 1861 her Aunt Sarah Boatwright was given as the head of the household Sarah Minns as wife. A Richard Minns, there at the time, was given as relative.
      In the next Census 1871 Sarah has a new daughter born abt 1866, and is given as widow. No sign of Richard anywhere in the census and the same in 1881. Richard had at least two brothers John and Edward. John was in Witby and Edward was in Broome with his farther in 1861. In 1881 they were both in Witby.
      The implication is that Richard is the father and that they were married, but I cannot find the childrens births anywhere.
